Terms of Use
Last updated: 2026
1. Scope
These terms apply to the use of all online tools ("Services") provided under the domain rellit.de and its subdomains (e.g. converter.rellit.de). The operator within the meaning of § 5 DDG (German Digital Services Act) is Tim Haller.
2. Description of Services
The Services provide free, browser-based tools (e.g. data format conversion). Unless stated otherwise, the data you enter is processed exclusively locally in your browser. There is no entitlement to availability, error-free operation, or any specific functionality of the Services.
3. Free of Charge
Use of the Services is currently free of charge. There is no entitlement to permanent free provision; the operator reserves the right to change, restrict, or discontinue the offering at any time.
4. Rights and Obligations of Use
The Services may only be used within the framework of applicable law. In particular, it is prohibited to use the Services to distribute unlawful content, to perform automated mass requests (e.g. via bots) in a way that impairs operation of the Services, or to circumvent technical protection measures.
5. Warranty and Liability
The Services are provided "as is" without any warranty of any kind. The operator is not liable for the accuracy, completeness, or usability of results produced by the tools (e.g. converted files). Users are responsible for verifying results before productive use. The operator's liability is limited to intent and gross negligence; liability for slight negligence is excluded unless damages resulting from injury to life, body, or health are involved or mandatory statutory liability applies.
6. Data Processing
Unless noted otherwise for a specific tool, input into the tools is processed exclusively client-side in the browser and is not transmitted to the operator's servers. See our privacy policy for details.
7. Changes to These Terms
The operator may amend these terms with effect for the future. The current version is always available on this page.
8. Final Provisions
These terms are governed by the law of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Should individual provisions of these terms be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
